Live to the sound of birdsong! Villa du Bassin 33 is a 136 sqm house, classified 4 stars, which is located in a quiet, year-round residential area on the edge of the salt meadows nature reserve. This accommodation was designed for those looking for a peaceful atmosphere to relax.

It can accommodate up to 8 guests maximum (including 2 children max) (For more information, consult our personal website indicated on the site)
. Composed of 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (two beds 140x190cm and two 160x200cm) 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 bathroom (bath with 1 toilet) + 1 separate toilet, and a wooden terrace, with plancha and jacuzzi heated all year round 38°C (autumn, winter, spring) and 35° in summer.
Swimming pool heated between 25° and 28° depending on outside temperatures (minimum from mid-April to mid-October maximum) with roller shutter. 5 minutes from the small port of Arès, the beaches of the basin, the city center and 15 minutes by car from the ocean beaches.

Private, closed and secure parking for 4 cars and 8 bicycles maximum. Any parties or events disruptive to the neighborhood are not allowed in the villa!
Camper not authorized.

Baby bed, baby bath with hammock, baby bath seat, high chair, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, Dyson vacuum cleaner, classic filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, hand blender, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, gas grill, cleaning products, DVD player with children's DVD. Bath, kitchen and bed linen provided. Protective cover for bicycles in bad weather.
The swimming pool is heated FROM MID APRIL to MID OCTOBER (depending on outside temperatures) the jacuzzi operates all year round. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the place! The reservation calendar is kept up to date. Please check it out.

Only a SMALL dog weighing less than 10kg can be accepted upon authorization from the owners. Cats not allowed.
Owners on site: neighboring house. No garage. Secure, closed and private parking for 4 cars and bicycle storage. Mid-stay visit (generally Wednesdays) for maintenance of the SPA and swimming pool.
