The exterior: A 1200sqm fenced and wooded plot with a 8x4m private heated swimming pool (according to the seasons) and in compliance with ecological constraints.

The swimming pool is secured by an automatic shutter and surrounded by a 80sqm wooden beach. The beach is nicely equipped with deckchairs and its friendly bench with mattresses and cushions is a delight for children.

Most of the plot is lawned and has a garden furniture area under shade cloth as well as a shaded dining area.

The farmhouse and living space:
- a large authentic entrance,
- a 30sqm equipped kitchen composed of a large farm table and equipped with quality appliances. An original fireplace with a large hearth will warm up your winter evenings.
- a warm living room with a sofa, chaise longue and deck chair
- a small transverse space that can serve as an office.
- 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (and a mezzanine that can be used as a dormitory on request).
- 3 shower rooms.

Kitchen linen is provided.

The interior and exterior cleaning service is also optional and calculated according to the number of guests, regardless of the rental duration:

- €200 up to 6 guests
- €240 up to 8 guests
- 280€ up to 12 guests

Cleaning during the rental is entirely possible and subject to hourly rates and availability of the people in charge.

Small pets are welcome for an additional €15/day and additional cleaning fees.
Short or weekend stays (2 nights min.) are also possible; they are subject to prior agreement by telephone consultation and are subject to a specific rate depending on the periods and the number of guests (+100€/person/stay from 9 guests).

- The security deposit is 1500€ / 2000€ (Christmas & New Year)
- Festive events are not desirable, it is a very peaceful place!
