This charming holiday home has a surface area of 300 m² and gives you access to a 200 m² private terrace with a barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture. You will also have access to a garden, an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a private car park, common to all three of our luxury gîtes in Vallon Pont d'Arc. On the first floor, you will find a living room-kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a laundry room and a living room with home cinema TV, PS3 console and video games. On the first floor, you will have two bedrooms, with shared bathroom and WC, the first one has two single beds 90x190cm and the second one has a double bed 160x200cm. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a baby bed, a bathroom and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), bathroom and WC, and a second bedroom with bathroom, WC and three single beds (90x190cm).
