Welcome to Pic-Saint-Loup, in our vast and authentic stone village house, typical of Languedoc region, offering 200sqm living space, fully renovated and independent, which can accommodate 12 to 14 guests.
It is very close to the village square and the Sunday morning local market. You will relax in its charming courtyard boasting a dovecote or on the shady terrace or by the secured pool facing the house.
The house comprises 2 air-conditioned floors, very enjoyable on hot summer days!
You are a wine lover? Then you will enjoy tasting the renowned Pic-Saint-Loup wines on the ground floor.
The courtyard and pool are entirely private.
You will be in the heart of Pic-Saint-Loup vineyards region, 45mins from the beached and Hérault Gorges, 20mins from Montpellier and 50 mins from Nimes.
A vast array of activities are available in the surroundings: swimming, kayaking, horseback riding, gliding, visits of caves, discovery of listed villages, various hikes without forgetting wine tasting!
Sleeps 12/14 guests: 5 bedrooms including one in mezzanine.
All bedrooms are equipped with new bedding
4 beds 160cm, 1 bed 140cm, 1 bed 80cm, 2 beds 90cm and 1convertible sofa.
2 large bathrooms (bathtub and shower); open-plan kitchen, washing machine, dish-washer, fireplace.

The outdoor shady terrace gives onto the courtyard just opposite the large garden with the pool.
