Welcome to our home in Cap Brun, one of Toulon's most desirable residential neighborhoods.
Just a short walk from the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, it offers a peaceful setting that's perfect for relaxing and switching off.
Set among trees and lush gardens, the house combines a quiet atmosphere with easy access to beaches, shops, and local amenities.
Toulon city centre is about a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of Mourillon, and the beautiful Anse Méjean can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
The first local shops, including a delicatessen, pharmacy, doctor's office, and café, are only 150 metres away (around 500 ft).
Bus line 6 stops directly outside the property.
The entrance to the house is reached via a staircase leading to a balcony, an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet evening drink.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms with high-quality hotel-standard bedding, including one 140 x 200 cm bed (approximately 55 x 79 in) and two 160 x 200 cm beds (approximately 63 x 79 in).
On the same floor, there is a spacious bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a toilet.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a bright dining area, creating a welcoming space for meals together.
The adjoining living room features a sofa bed and there is also a separate guest toilet on this level.
Every room is air-conditioned to ensure year-round comfort.
Guests have access to a barbecue, swimming pool area, outdoor dining space, and private parking.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
