The house is new, and fully air-conditioned: it is equipped to accommodate large families.
The house is composed of two independent L-shaped buildings very close to each other (3 metres).
In the first part there is a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 12 people and a bright living room. It has three bedrooms (one of which is a suite) and two separate toilets (one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility) and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
The second part comprises two floors:
On the ground floor: there is a large games room with table football, a sports room, a sofa, independent WC.
On the first floor: a library and games area, shower room and separate WC and 3 bedrooms (1 suite).
The secure swimming pool is heated if necessary, it is a rectangle of 6mx5m with a maximum depth of 1.30m, a whirlpool is integrated. A beautiful wooden deck with 6 deckchairs to enjoy the sun.
