A charming villa situated 70 meters above the Aigua Gelida cove—a spot on the Costa Brava renowned for its beauty.
The house is located in Tamariu, just 2 km away by car or a 1 km walk.
Nearby towns include Calella, Llafranc, Aigua-Blava, Palafrugell, and Begur.
The house offers a magnificent sea view and enjoys East, South, and West exposure.

The house accommodates a maximum of 10 adults (or children) across 5 bedrooms, plus two additional children in a room with bunk beds and space for a baby.
This includes a master suite—accessible from the outside—comprising two bedrooms and a baby area.

The pool operates year-round and is heated by a heat pump from April through the All Saints' holiday period. The house is spread over four levels: the garden/pool level; a studio with a balcony; the ground floor featuring terraces and a balcony (living room, kitchen, and one bedroom); and the first floor with three bedrooms and a rooftop terrace accessible from both inside and outside.

Bathrooms (with walk-in showers and toilets) are located on every level; the studio has its own shower room with a toilet and enclosed shower. The kitchen is open-plan.
There are four dining areas: the kitchen, a sheltered terrace with a sea view, a shaded south-facing terrace, and a dining table in the living room.

The house is available for rent during the shoulder seasons throughout the year—particularly in spring and autumn—as well as occasionally in July and September.
Reversible air conditioning is installed in all six bedrooms, and oil-filled radiators are provided in the living room and kitchen area.
All terraces, as well as the pool area, are secured with safety gates.
There is also a small pétanque court.

Finally, the house is situated in a large, very quiet cul-de-sac where parking is easy. The owners visit frequently, so the house and kitchen are very well-equipped.
