This beautiful architect‑designed villa (180 m² / approx. 1,940 sq ft) is fully air‑conditioned, completely private, and surrounded by greenery. Located just 10 minutes from Avignon and only 4 minutes from shops and essentials, it offers the perfect peaceful base to explore Provence and its most iconic villages.
The house sits on a 3,500 m² (0.86‑acre) landscaped property on a quiet residential hillside, with pine trees, oaks, blooming laurels, and no overlooking neighbors.

Bright, modern living spaces

The main living area spans 70 m² (750 sq ft) and includes two lounges—one with a large TV and Canal+—and a dining area. Large windows and sliding doors flood the room with natural light, and an indoor planted patio adds a unique touch of freshness and calm.
The separate kitchen opens toward the dining room and living area. It features a contemporary style and full modern equipment: oven, microwave, induction stovetop, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, American‑style fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, all necessary dishes and utensils, plus a small wall‑mounted TV.

Night area – sleeps up to 6

The villa includes three spacious bedrooms (two with TV), each with a 160×200 cm queen‑size bed, and one room that can be set up with twin beds if needed.

A master suite with its own bathroom (double sinks, large bathtub, toilet, wardrobe).
Two additional bedrooms sharing a second bathroom (double sinks, corner bathtub, toilet).

The house is strictly non‑smoking.

Outdoor spaces made for relaxing

A covered terrace offers a dining table, chairs and a sofa, plus a large barbecue.
The garden includes loungers, seating areas, and a generous 5×10 m (16×33 ft) swimming pool secured with a telescopic enclosure, an outdoor shower, a pool house, and a terrace with a plancha grill.
Garden and pool maintenance are carried out daily by us to ensure your comfort.

Rates & terms

Price per night: €320 (all taxes included)
Deposit at booking: 50% of the total stay
End‑of‑stay cleaning: You may clean the house yourself or choose a €140 cleaning fee.
Even with the cleaning fee, the house should be left as tidy as possible: dishes washed and put away, fridge cleaned, bins emptied.
