Pretty 183m² holiday villa facing the exterior, facing south, quiet on a pretty, well-wooded 2600m² plot of a fully enclosed garden.

There you can find a pretty private heated 9m x 4.5m swimming pool (depending on the season) with a clear view of the medieval village of Sauzet.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.

Several furnished and shaded areas in the garden will delight young and old alike. A ping-pong table and a cabin will delight children and the pétanque court for adults!
The comfortable house extends over 2 levels and is made up of 4 bedrooms (including a master suite on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 bed), upstairs, one with a 140 x 200 bed and one with a double bed. 160 x200 (completely new bedding) and a family room, with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and one of 140 x200. The two bathrooms have a double sink, one with a bathtub and the other with an Italian shower. A small children's library area on a pretty mezzanine, 2 separate toilets, a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden, the almost 53m²living room opens onto a large terrace in the shade of the mulberry tree.
The three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen are air-conditioned. A relaxation area with table football is located on the ground floor
Available for our privileged tenants, Netflix, Amazon prime, games console and for athletes a weight bench.
Outside, garden furniture, outdoor tables & chairs, a pergola with zippered canvas, plancha & deckchairs. There is a small pond in the garden where you can find and hear frogs :) All kitchen equipment is provided, sheets and towels are also available.

A car-park that can accommodate two vehicles is available and up to three other parking spaces are possible within the villa.

Wander in Sauzet : you won't lose your mind there.
Ancient maxims engraved at the bottom of the windows will bring you back to your senses. The old village is a maze of streets leading to the Courtine, a place at the top of the hill, near the residence where the Dauphin, future King Louis XI, stayed. While returning to Sauzet after a hunting trip in the Saou forest, he almost drowned while crossing the Roubion at Charols. Without really realizing it, you crossed two enclosures on the way up, the second being that of the castle built around 985. The latter was already in ruins in the 17th century. Some decorative elements still cling to the old walls, such as red-painted rafters and two sink stones on the north side. Opposite stands the Saint Lambert church, built from 1100. It was extensively restored after the Wars of Religion, the date 1672 is engraved on the keystone of the entrance door. On the way back down you will be spoiled for choice to exit through one of the three gates of the fortifications, now pierced with other openings. The wall is known as “twentyain”, which was also the name for the tax used to maintain it.
