Located on the Rhuys Peninsula, just 300 metres (about a 3-minute walk) from Roaliguen beach, this comfortable holiday home sleeps up to 8 guests.
It offers four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The house features two bathrooms (one with a shower), two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room.
Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, and garden furniture.
A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided for your convenience.

Nearby, you’ll find a sailing school certified by the French Sailing Federation, offering summer courses, private lessons, and rentals of catamarans, dinghies and windsurf boards.
The beach is supervised during the season, making it ideal for families.

The property is perfectly located to explore local highlights such as the Château de Suscinio, the marina at Port du Crouesty in Arzon, and the historic town of Vannes just 23 km away.
From Port-Navalo, at the tip of the peninsula, you can take boats to Belle-Île, Hoëdic and Houat.
There are also excursions to discover the Gulf of Morbihan, its islands such as Île d’Arz and Île aux Moines, and its many smaller inhabited islets.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the famous GR34 coastal path and numerous cycling routes start nearby.
The area is also known for its delicious local cuisine: seafood, mussels, fresh fish, crêpes and galettes, local produce, Rhuys cheese (“tomme de Rhuys”), cider, Breton beer, and “gotchial” (a traditional bread halfway between a loaf and a brioche).

Weekly rentals are available in July and August, from Saturday to Saturday (minimum stay of 7 nights).
