Welcome to our fully air-conditioned sea-view villa, a comfortable and stylish 65 m² holiday home (approximately 700 sq ft) set within a peaceful private estate with secure keypad access. Just 600 metres (0.37 miles) from the beautiful beach of Santa Giulia, the villa enjoys a sunny south-facing position with lovely views over the beach and lagoon. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and includes Wi-Fi throughout.

Recently renovated in 2025, the villa is surrounded by a charming private garden planted with flowers and olive trees.
The spacious living and dining area features a double sofa bed, a dining table and large French doors opening onto the south-facing terrace with sea views and shutters for added comfort and privacy.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, multifunction microwave, filter and pod coffee machines, kettle and toaster.

The master bedroom offers a new queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm / approximately 63 x 79 inches), air conditioning, a dressing area, sea views and direct access to the outside.
A travel cot (120 x 60 cm / approximately 47 x 24 inches) is also available. The second bedroom is air-conditioned and can be arranged with either two single beds (90 x 200 cm / approximately 35 x 79 inches) or one king-size bed (180 x 200 cm / approximately 71 x 79 inches).

The shower room has a window for natural light and ventilation, and there is a separate WC.
Outside, the south-facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy meals while taking in the view of Santa Giulia Bay. Guests can make use of a fixed barbecue, dining table and chairs, a solarium with sun loungers, a garden lounge, armchairs and a parasol.
Two outdoor showers are available in the garden, including one solar-heated shower.

Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes drying rack. A blender, hairdryer, travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Everyday conveniences are within easy reach.
A mini-market, bakery, caterer, newspaper shop, bar and restaurant can all be found just 350 metres (0.2 miles) away.
The beach, with its selection of eight restaurants including two gourmet establishments, is a short walk from the villa. Guests may also enjoy access to a nearby shared swimming pool when purchasing a drink or meal on-site.

The property is ideally located for exploring southern Corsica. Figari Airport is only 20 minutes away, while Porto-Vecchio marina can be reached in around 10 minutes. Propriano is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

The beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia offer a wide range of activities, including swimming, sunbed rentals, pedal boats, jet skis, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, diving for adults and children, fishing and boat hire with or without a skipper.
Inland, visitors can enjoy hiking, quad-bike tours, horse riding, adventure parks, guided nature excursions, picturesque Corsican villages, historical sites, Roman baths and golf courses such as Sperone and Golf de Porto-Vecchio.
Scenic helicopter flights over Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, the forests and mountains of the Alta Rocca are also available.

The villa is available for stays of seven nights or more and guests are welcomed personally on arrival. Longer furnished rentals may also be considered.

From 22 May to 25 September 2027, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these dates, arrivals are possible on any day of the week. Complimentary Wi-Fi, bath mats and secure parking for one vehicle are included with every stay. During July and August, bed linen kits are also provided free of charge.

A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €95 applies. Bed linen and household linen rental is available on request. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days before arrival. Tourist tax is payable separately according to local rates.
A refundable security deposit of €1,900 is required on arrival by cheque and will not be cashed, subject to a satisfactory inspection after departure. A rental agreement will be provided, and guests must supply proof of holiday rental insurance one month before arrival.

The villa is strictly non-smoking, and parties or events are not permitted in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the residence. Pets are generally not accepted, although exceptions may be considered with prior approval from the owner.
