Welcome to our fully air-conditioned mini villa, a comfortable and stylish 40 m² holiday home (approximately 430 sq ft) with a sunny south-facing aspect and spectacular panoramic views over the stunning Santa Giulia Bay in Porto-Vecchio. Located in a peaceful, secure, flower-filled private estate with keypad access, the villa is just 600 metres (0.4 miles) from the beach and can accommodate 4 to 5 guests.

Completely renovated in July 2025, the villa combines comfort, practicality and beautiful sea views. Guests staying for 14 nights or more during July and August receive complimentary Wi-Fi, bath mats, secure parking directly outside the villa and bed linen kits. For stays of 21 nights or longer, all household linen is included.

The bright, south-facing living room features a very comfortable double sofa bed, storage cupboards and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace, allowing you to make the most of the exceptional view of Santa Giulia Bay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, pod and filter coffee machines, kettle and toaster.
The main bedroom offers a new 160 x 200 cm bed (approximately 63 x 79 inches), a dressing area, chest of drawers, direct terrace access and beautiful lagoon views. The second bedroom is a cosy cabin-style room with a single bed (90 x 190 cm / 35 x 75 inches), storage space and a garden-facing window. A baby travel cot (120 x 60 cm / 47 x 24 inches) is also available.

The villa includes a shower room with a window and a WC.
Outside, the large terrace is the highlight of the property, providing breathtaking panoramic views across Santa Giulia Bay. Part of the terrace is covered for outdoor dining and includes a table, four chairs and a portable barbecue.
A separate sunbathing area offers two loungers, a garden lounge, a parasol and a private outdoor shower surrounded by greenery.
Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
A clothes drying rack, blender, hairdryer, high chair, children's table and chair, baby equipment and beach toys can be provided on request.

Daily conveniences are close at hand, with a mini-market, bakery, caterer, newspaper shop and bar only 300 metres (0.2 miles) away.
Guests can also enjoy access to a nearby swimming pool with the purchase of a drink or meal. The beach area offers eight restaurants, including two gourmet dining venues.

The villa is ideally positioned for exploring the best of southern Corsica. Figari Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, Porto-Vecchio marina around 8 minutes, and Propriano about one hour by car.

Santa Giulia and nearby Palombaggia Beach offer a wide range of water sports and outdoor activities, including paddleboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, boat rentals, jet skiing and scuba diving for all levels.
The surrounding region is renowned for its hiking and cycling trails, horse riding, quad-bike excursions, the forests of L'Ospedale, the dramatic Bavella Needles, natural rock pools, canyoning and adventure parks.
Visitors can also discover Corsica's charming hilltop villages, including the spectacular town of Bonifacio, and enjoy boat trips to the beautiful Lavezzi Islands and Cavallo Island.

The villa is available for stays of seven nights or more.

From 15 May to 25 September 2027, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, arrivals are possible on any day of the week.

A refundable security deposit of €1,300 is required on arrival by cheque and will be returned within 24 hours of departure following a property inspection.
A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €90 applies.
Tourist tax is payable separately for guests aged over 13, according to local rates.

A rental agreement is required for all bookings.
A 40% deposit is payable by bank transfer when booking, with the balance due 45 days before arrival.
Guests must also provide proof of holiday rental insurance no later than 45 days before arrival.
