Both practical and luxurious (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool), the villa offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the old village of Salobreña, with its Arab fortress, right in the heart of Granada’s “Costa Tropical”.

The scent of jasmine and the vibrant colors of bougainvillea will welcome you as soon as you step inside the villa grounds. Traditional ceramics, terracotta roof tiles, and wrought iron details give the property its authentic Andalusian style.

The living room and three of the four bedrooms boast superb sea views and have their own private terraces. The villa faces due south, making it ideal for enjoying the sun throughout the day.

The pool area is designed for relaxation and swimming pleasure. The pool is a generous size (4 × 7 m), and if the sun becomes too strong, you can enjoy the shade of the covered terrace or the poolside “sheltert”. It is the perfect space for sharing a meal or a barbecue with family and friends. Safety gates limit access to the pool for your children’s protection. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in each of the four bedrooms.

Access to the villa is easy: Salobreña is ideally located for exploring Andalusia and is close to three international airports—Granada, Malaga, and Almeria. The long beaches of Salobreña (visible from your terraces) are a 10-minute drive from the villa, and if you prefer walking, you can reach the sea in just under twenty minutes.
