The house is recent (2018) and individual. It is located 100 meters as the crow flies from the sea, near a small sandy beach (perfect for children) still confidential accessible on foot in a few minutes.
Next door, you will find a pretty promenade along the sea: this path under the junipers, offers magnificent views of the Cerbicale Islands and the Pinarellu Island. The preserved and residential environment is far from the tourist complexes, as close as possible to a still protected nature, conducive to calm and serenity.
A few minutes by car are the magnificent beaches of Cabanon Bleu and Pinarello.

The house has a very good level of comfort:
- the living room and the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
- the fully equipped "top-of-the-range" kitchen has a back kitchen with a washing machine, microwave and storage.
- the bedding is of high quality.
- the two bathrooms each have a sink, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
The open kitchen is separated from the spacious living room by an island with a dining area.
The master suite with its private bathroom opens onto the large terrace and has a 160x200 bed and a closet.
The second bedroom has 2 90x200 beds that can be transformed into a "real" 180x200 indivisible bed and a closet.
In the sleeping area there is also a second bathroom and separate toilet equipped with a suspended toilet and a washbasin.
A 30 sqm terrace is accessible from a bedroom and the living room.
A second outdoor 25 sqm terrace is at your disposal on the kitchen side.
The flowered and tree-planted garden of the maquis is entirely fenced and private, closed by a motorized gate, with independent access.
