Magnificent Chalet de Charme, "La Mercerie" is an authentic 350 sqm residence dating from 1851, completely redesigned and renovated with taste by Michel and Evelyne Arnoux. In this setting where each room tells its story, we welcome up to 14 guests very comfortably, in large volumes including 6 spacious bedrooms, to allow you to share an unforgettable moment with your family and friends.
Its location in the heart of 4 of the largest areas of the Tarentaise is its major asset:
- At the foot of "Sainte -Foy Station" the most family-friendly, while remaining very sporty with its immense off-piste area known to specialists (5 min via shuttle at the foot of the chalet or by car).
- "Paradiski" (Les Arcs-La Plagne) via Villaroger (large parking lot less than 10 min), or by cable car from Bourg St Maurice (15 min).
- "l'Espace Killy" (Tignes -Val d'Isère). Via Tignes-Bréviaire (less than 15 min). One of the main assets of the Chalet.
- the Espace "La Rosière-San Bernardo" (20 min from the chalet).

The accommodation:
South-East facing, superb view of Mont Pourri and the peaks of the Tarentaise.
Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace, toilet and linen room.
1st floor: 2 bedroom suite (1st double bed, 2nd two beds, bathroom and a toilet), bedroom with 4 single beds (+ a toilet and a bathroom), 6-7 person sauna.
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet, multimedia games room, bathroom, toilet, ski room with direct access to the outside (shoe dryer and glove dryer).
3rd floor: large relaxation lounge with view, billiards and a double bedroom with spa bathroom and toilet.
Bernadette and Michel will be there, with their concierge service, to welcome you with linens and beds made, and to consider with you all the details of your arrival, a suitable welcome, as well as possible additional optional services...
- Magnificent Sauna designed and built to measure by Christophe, in a vaulted alcove. You can enjoy this place with 6-8 people, and relax there after your days of skiing or hiking. - Ski-Room: Direct Entrance and Exit to the Exterior of the Chalet. Shoe dryer, glove dryer, ski racks, coat hooks for jackets + pants + backpacks, shelves for storing helmets... The rest of the chalet and your rooms will no longer be cluttered with sports equipment... - Billiards, various games (cards, skittles, checkers, board games, ...), Books available (collections of adventure books, comics, novels, ...) - Multi-Media Room for children and adults... Only television concession desired for this chalet. 55' Sharp screen, LED, HD, Connected with TNT network, Youtube and possibility of access with your personal codes (Netflix, Canal +, etc..)

=> The prices indicated include: - Rental of premises - Free parking on site for 4 vehicles (possibility of parking additional cars 50 m from the chalet in a free municipal car park as well). - Water for the number of people designated - Gas for cooking - Firewood for the fireplace - Electricity determined for average current use based on previous years. - Some usual welcome products and materials (Toilet paper for the first day, cleaning products, salt, spices and dry...) => We draw your attention to the fact that any misuse of energy will be billed to you and taken from your deposit: - We will take a meter reading on your arrival, as well as on your departure. - The chalet is heated and we guarantee a minimum temperature of 20 degrees in the common areas, 19 degrees in the bedrooms (Thermostats in each room). - The use of the shoe and glove dryers is automated and does not require a "Forced-On" setting. - The sauna is at your disposal for reasonable use, adapted to your group, with a timer... - Electric cars must not be recharged on the Chalet's sockets. => Service and cleaning fees: 290 Euros (mandatory): -Check in - Personalized check out with the concierge service. -Linens provided with the beds made (Sheets, duvets and duvet covers, pillows with pillowcases, two towels/person, bath mats, tea towels...) -End of stay cleaning of the Chalet (350sqm)
