Parking for 2 cars in the garden of the house, which is closed by an electric gate. The house is located on a private street and secured by an electric gate. Free street parking is also available.

The beach is 80 meters away, with access to the coastal path that takes you to other beaches and the Port of Boulouris.
You can also do your shopping on foot: a Casino supermarket is 5 minutes away, and the center of Boulouris, where you'll find all the shops, is a 10-minute walk (Provençal market on Mondays).

Right from the house, you can walk to several beaches and the port, the coastal path, as well as shops, doctors, the train station, the port, and the Provençal market on Mondays. Water sports (boating, water skiing, parachuting, diving, etc.) are available. From the villa, you can easily explore the region, with access to the fast motorway. Access to the blue boats that serve Saint-Tropez and the Saint-Marguerite Islands. The D-Day landing beach is a 5-minute drive away. Saint-Raphaël often hosts great events, which can be found on the tourist office website.

Rentals are available by the night (3 nights minimum) or by the week. Discounts vary depending on the length and season. Holiday vouchers accepted. Rentals available from November to March.
