Access to the villa is very easy, with an automatic gate and parking inside the villa. All shops are nearby (a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive).
Secured 9m x 4m swimming pool, partially deep. It is salt water and therefore has no chlorine odor. It is open from June until the end of September. A summer lounge with deckchairs, a large terrace, and a barbecue are available.
