It has 5 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with king-size and queen size beds.

On the first floor, you can take your meals in the dining room and living room opening onto an open equipped kitchen as well as an outdoor terrace furnished with a sofa and chairs in the shade of an automatic awning.

The house is connected by fiber: you’ll benefit from free Wi-Fi.

On the garden level, you’ll benefit from a living room with piano. There you will find a BBQ, a ping pong table, a table football and an exercise bike.

Around the swimming pool, there is a solar shower, 5 deckchairs, two armchairs, a hammock, a teak garden table and its armchairs, a beach umbrella and a manual awning, a bamboo gazebo (with sofa) as well as a fitted and equipped outdoor kitchen allowing you to take your meals.

Free parking spaces in front of the house are available. You can leave your cars there to go to the city center on foot.

Sheets and towels are provided.

A deposit of 1000 euros is required.
Optional cleaning costs 120 euros.

You will find a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, as well as a petanque court. The old Saint Raphaël market and its restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away on foot.
A 5% reduction is allocated for a reservation of 15 days or more in high season.
