The bedroom consists of a large double bed with quality bedding (180 x200 cm), a closet with mirror doors, 2 bedside tables with lamps and USB sockets. The bathroom has an Italian shower, a double sink with storage and a wall-mounted toilet.

The house is accessible by a few steps via your private gate with code and your garden (trees, plants).Calm and serenity, far from crowds and holiday residences, while being close to beaches and activities.

Direct parking in a quiet residential street. Bus stop 100m away and beach 2 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot (2 private beaches with restaurants and public beach).

The charming village of Boulouris (10 minutes walking distance) has its bakery, butcher, caterer/fishmonger, restaurants, post office, press point, pharmacy, bank with withdrawal as well as its train station which takes you east towards Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton and Ventimiglia (Italy) and towards the West towards Saint Raphaël center (TGV station), Toulon, Marseille. Numerous bus and batobus connections to Saint-Tropez.
