In the small, charming and quiet hamlet of Essert la Pierre, located 3 km from the heart of Morzine (6 min by car), we rent our family apartment located on the 3rd and last floor of a chalet made up of less than 10 apartments.

Alone on the top floor, this 100sqm apartment consists of a 50sqm living room with fully equipped kitchen which opens through 3 bays windows onto a beautiful 6sqm balcony with a view of the mountains, not overlooked.

There also are 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds of 160 x 200cm and one with 2 single beds; each with wardrobe) and 3 private shower rooms (shower, bathroom sink and toilet).

The apartment has great amenities (quality furniture, tasteful decoration, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Facing south for the living rooms and equipped with numerous windows and skylights, it is bright and very pleasant to live in.

We offer a parking space as it is essential to own a car (less than 5 minutes by car from Morzine and Saint-Jean d'Aulps).

For the winter, on level -1, a private room accommodates your skis and sleds, as well as a heated shoe dryer to dry your ski boots and accessories.
Access to the ski slopes is located 10 minutes away by car for the areas of Morzine and Les Gets, 15 minutes for those of Avoriaz (via Lindarets lifts) and St-Jean d'Aulps.

Furthermore: the person who takes care of the maintenance of the apartment and your check in lives in the residence.

The price per week (besides school holidays) is €1200,
€1600 during the Christmas and February holidays
