Domaine du Mesnil is a charming cottage consisting of a 300 sqm former 19th-century farmhouse, set on a large 1-hectare enclosed plot with a large private heated swimming pool (12m x 6m, accessible from May 15th to September 30th) with a barbecue and summer kitchen.

It is located 7 km from the Château de Chenonceaux and close to the châteaux of Cheverny, Amboise, Clos Lucé, Château Gaillard (in Amboise), Chaumont-sur-Loire, Monpoupon, Fougères-sur-Bièvre, Montrésor, and Beauval Zoo.

Bed linens and towels can be provided upon request.

The estate also owns 9 rows of Pineau d'Aunis vines, producing several hundred bottles of fine rosé wine.

The property is available for weekly rental in July and August. Outside of this period, it can be rented by the week or for a weekend of two nights or more.


Between September and June, the weekend rate is €900, for three days €1,200, for four days €1,350, for five days €1,700, and for a week €1,700.

Between October 15th and April 15th, the weekly heating rate is €300, calculated pro rata for short stays.

In July and August, weekly rentals are available, ranging from €2,100 to €2,700, depending on the week.
