St‑Georges‑de‑Didonne (Charente‑Maritime)

This lovely 200 m² villa (about 2,150 sq ft) can accommodate up to 12 guests. It is spacious, warm, and perfectly located in a wooded neighborhood just 400 m (a 5‑minute walk) from the Grande Conche beach in Royan, and 800 m from both the Parc de Royan market and the Saint‑Georges market. The 900 m² garden (0.22 acres) is planted, flowered, and fully enclosed.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large 60 m² (645 sq ft) living and dining area opening onto the garden and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, one bedroom with its own shower room (shower and washbasin), an entrance cloakroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a dorm-style room with four 90 cm beds, plus a large bathroom and a separate toilet. All beds are high-quality.
Outside, you can enjoy two covered terraces and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for family cooking and festive meals (full cookware, appliances, etc.).
For leisure, the villa includes a barbecue/plancha, outdoor furniture, table football, a ping‑pong table, and a dartboard. This is an ideal house for holidays with family or friends, enjoyable both in summer and winter thanks to the large fireplace in the living room. Everything can be done on foot—no car needed. Bikes can also be rented nearby. You will truly feel at home.
During the summer season, the house is rented with linens provided:
– Sheets, blankets, pillows, duvets (beds not made)
– Bath towels
– Tea towels
Weekly rates for 12 guests (2025–2026):
– Low season: €1,750
– Mid‑season: €1,950
(13 June–11 July and 29 August–20 September)
– High season: €3,150
(12 July–29 August)
Weekend or long‑weekend rentals are possible on request, including year‑end holidays.
A 30% deposit is required when signing the rental contract. The balance is payable by bank transfer only, 15 days before arrival.

You’ll also find plenty to do nearby. Beach volleyball courts are close to the house, and the area offers many wonderful outings: the Cordouan Lighthouse, La Palmyre Zoo, the charming villages of Talmont‑sur‑Gironde and Mornac, as well as Cognac, La Rochelle, the Île d’Oléron, the Île de Ré, and the famous wine town of Saint‑Émilion.
