The terrace features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a cooktop, plancha grill, refrigerator, and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven—ideal for enjoying long summer evenings together.

Set on a fully enclosed 1,300 m² plot (about 14,000 sq ft), the property includes a private 4 x 8 m swimming pool (approximately 13 x 26 ft), an outdoor shower, 8 sun loungers, a comfortable lounge area, a large dining table, and a gas barbecue.
