We would be delighted to welcome you to our family 90 sqm home , a peaceful haven nestled in the heart of a large, 2500 sqm, wooded garden. It's the perfect place to relax in the shade of the linden tree, in a hammock, or to explore the Ardèche region.

From the house, numerous charming paths lead to the river, through the woods, and to clearings ideal for picnics, or to the village swimming pool (with a snack bar).
Three terraces offer the opportunity to enjoy sun or shade throughout the day.

The house features one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs, all comfortable, spacious, and bright. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, from €300 to €780 depending on the season.

The village of Saint-Félicien is vibrant and welcoming, with restaurants, a crêperie, local shops, a twice-weekly market, a spa, massages, and more. It's also a hub for cycle touring (electric bike rentals are available)." Your bicycles will be safely stored in the garage.

Discover the surrounding area: rail biking, steam trains in the Doux gorges, local markets, Tournon-sur-Rhône and its castle, Tain-l'Hermitage and its vineyards, the Valrhona chocolate factory, charming villages, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval (Ideal Palace of Postman Cheval), Montélimar nougat, the Haribo candy museum, the Chauvet Cave, Mont Ventoux…

Little extras: welcome gift, complimentary coffee, fresh water, ice cubes, homemade olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.

Depending on the season: fruit picking is possible (linden blossom, cherries, pears, plums, blackberries).

Included supplies: dish towels, a new sponge, a bath mat, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, and soap.
Easy access: 45 minutes from the A7 and A47 motorways.

In Annonay, you'll be delighted by the "Safari de Peaugres" animal park, discover the Ardèche mountains in a hot air balloon, visit the Canson paper museum... You'll find a multitude of offers at the Saint Félicien Tourist Office. I am available to answer any questions you may have.
