Spacious single-storey villa (about 100 m² / 1,075 sq ft) fully equipped with an induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave with grill, and a large plancha. It is located just 5 km from Argelès-sur-Mer, its long sandy beach, and its shops; 4 km from the Albères mountains for beautiful hikes; and 10 km from Collioure (voted Most Beautiful Village in France 2024) and the stunning coves along the rocky coastline. Behind the house, a cycle path takes you straight to the sea. Only 20 km away, you’ll find Le Perthus with its duty-free shopping and access to Spain. Summer or winter, the region’s generous climate is always a real pleasure.
The house has two terraces: a large east-facing one that offers sunshine in winter and welcome shade in summer, and a smaller south-facing terrace. Very bright and air‑conditioned, it features three spacious bedrooms and two shower rooms with toilets, each separated from the others for greater privacy—perfect for families or friends.
Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed (160 cm), two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to create a king bed (180 cm), and one bunk bed (90 cm).
Well‑behaved dogs are welcome.

Close to Perpignan, with its famous Castillet and the magnificent Palace of the Kings of Majorca, the area offers a rich mix of culture and history. Every year in the first half of September, it hosts Visa pour l’Image, the world‑renowned international photojournalism festival. You can also experience the moving Sanch procession on Good Friday, a religious and folkloric tradition that has been kept alive for six centuries.
The region is also known for its beautiful natural surroundings: long sandy beaches, intimate rocky coves, and stunning hiking trails along the coastal path. You can explore dramatic canyons or head into the foothills and higher peaks of the nearby mountains.
