Located in the hills above Roses, 4 minutes from Canyelles Petites beach, this charming 120 sqm house sleeps 10 and features a swimming pool and jacuzzi.

With its sea views over the Bay of Canyelles from its three South-facing terraces, Casa Bleu is undeniably charming. Relax and unwind in its jacuzzi pool – carved directly into the rock – while admiring the sunset.

It comprises 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 with 4 beds (2 single beds and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room (with a comfortable sofa bed) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a closed garage. One of the bedrooms opens onto a 30 m² terrace with a sea view (from the bed!). Casa Bleu is perfectly equipped and maintained every year, with high-quality, recent appliances and products: dishwasher, extractor hood, induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, etc. The house can accommodate 10 people and is located 4 minutes by car from Canyelles beach and a few minutes from the center of Roses and its restaurants. - Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price (available for €100 for all guests).

- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €130 or €150 for two consecutive weeks.

Free loan of a high chair and travel cot upon request at the time of booking.
Casa Bleu is only available from Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June 15th to September 15th and for the Christmas holidays), but it is more flexible during the off-season.
Off-season rentals are available for stays of 4 days or more. The pool is automated but maintained weekly by a pool service provider, included in the price.

This is an ultra-comfortable house, as it's also a house where I love to spend time during the off-season (comfortable bedding).

Access to the coves of the Creus Natural Park, which begins behind Casa Bleu, is easy. The coves in this part of the Costa Brava are unspoiled. Scuba diving. Water sports.

Tourist tax not included. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels can be rented (100 euros regardless of the length of stay or number of people). Pool maintenance is included in the rental price (once or twice a week depending on the season).
