The second floor offers a panoramic view accross the Arcachon bay and magical sunsets! In the living room, wide bay windows open onto a pretty 70m2 terrace, where you can take your breakfast in the summer. Also at this level, a second kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, separate toilet.
On the top floor: 3 bedrooms with shower room and separate toilets.
