Set in a beautifully landscaped garden of 1,000 m² (approximately 10,760 sq ft), it is completely secluded and enjoys a quiet location, perfect for a restful getaway.

The sandy beaches are just 10 km (about 6 miles) away, including the beautiful natural coastline of Saint-Hélène, with more than 10 km (6 miles) of coastal walking trails.
The private pool is heated to a minimum of 24°C (75°F) and measures 9.5 m x 4.5 m (approximately 31 ft x 15 ft). The pool has a sloping floor, with a depth ranging from 1.35 m to 1.72 m (4.4 ft to 5.6 ft).

The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests plus a baby. Bright and tastefully decorated, it features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two bathrooms and two toilets in total.
Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace, garden furniture, and a charcoal barbecue, making it easy to spend long summer evenings outdoors.

Rentals are available exclusively from Saturday to Saturday, either for one week or two weeks.

The property is ideally located for exploring southern Brittany.
Nearby attractions include the National Stud Farm of Hennebont, which hosts equestrian shows throughout the season, and the Museum of the Compagnie des Indes in Port-Louis, well worth a visit.
Beautiful sandy beaches, island excursions, and many other local attractions are all within easy reach.

The rental price includes water, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning (guests are kindly asked to leave the house reasonably tidy to help the cleaning team prepare for incoming guests).
