This haven of peace consists of an entrance with a magnificent, very bright living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a double terrace from which you can see the Genoese tower of Pinarellu and Sardinia.

A first spacious bedroom, with a private shower room, equipped with two 0.80 x 200cm beds that can be joined together and a balcony with sea view.
The master bedroom has TV, a walk in closet, a private bathroom with shower, sink, bathtub, toilet, sea view and a balcony.

The house is fully air-conditioned, has a charging socket for electric cars, fiber optic cable and all the comforts necessary for a good holiday.

The authentic marine village of Pinarellu with its magnificent beaches, its water activities, its restaurants, is located about 7 km away, Fautea beach is 10 minutes by car. The village of Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio with all amenities is 2 km away. The natural swimming pools of Cavu are 8 km away.

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures from 10 a.m.
A 30% deposit will be required upon reservation, the balance is due 15 days before arrival.
The use of the charging socket for the electric car is billed upon meter reading.
Tourist tax to be paid for the entire stay.
