In a characterful 1821 property, spacious and renovated house with sea views and a large, peaceful flower garden, close to the beaches and town center.

During your stay, you may receive a visit from Rosalie, my tortoise, who wanders through the large garden enclosed by a high stone wall.

House layout:
- Ground floor: Entrance hall with wardrobe, 31 m² living room with fitted kitchenette, laundry room with sink, washing machine, freezer, and toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and toilet, two of which have sea views.

No additional management fees are included in the advertised price; the reservation is made directly between the tenant and the owner!

This property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Quiberon can be visited on foot or by bike. By road Carnac, Auray, Vannes and Quimper. By sea visit the islands (Belle-Isle, Houat, Hoedic, ...).

Rates include charges except tourist tax 1.50 euros per adult per night and heating 65 euros/week if necessary Cleaning: 90 euros if the tenant wants it to be done by the owner Rental of bed linen if necessary 14.50 for a double bed and 12.50 for 1 single bed, 6 euros per person for bathroom linen.
