Guest H4U Beirie Beach & Pool is a modern, elegantly decorated, two-story villa located in Povoa, Beirie, with a beautiful garden and a completely private outdoor pool. You will have access to four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and three bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We can comfortably accommodate up to eight people (including children and babies). Our television offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

All our bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor.

Our kitchen, billiard room, dining room, and the other two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Our villa spans 200 square meters, offering a spacious, comfortable, and inviting living area!

Our fully equipped kitchen includes an American-style refrigerator, a four-burner cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, as well as all necessary cooking utensils.

Our private garden, furnished with a table and sun loungers, is available for you to enjoy and relax throughout the day. In addition to the garden, our house features a private swimming pool, open from April to October (the pool is not heated). A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.

Our villa is secluded and located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Póvoa (10 minutes by car).

The neighborhood: You are 10 minutes (by car) from Póvoa de Varzim. In Póvoa de Varzim, you will find beautiful beaches, a casino, supermarkets, and the historic heart of the city. Everything you need is nearby!

On the same block, there's a school, a bakery, and a restaurant. The following supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the house: Continente Model and Pingo Doce.

July/August: 7-night minimum stay. Cleaning fee payable on arrival: €160/week. Security deposit: €500 payable upon arrival during the check-in inspection, refunded upon departure. Pets are not allowed. Baby equipment (cot/high chair/bathtub): €30/week. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. We offer a private chauffeur service from €35/trip (airport/Povoa city center), who will meet you upon arrival. Please contact us for a quote. Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. Outside these hours, additional fees will apply; please contact us for details. Cleaning fee: €160.00 per week. Tourist tax: €1.50 per adult per night. Security deposit: €500.00
