The broadbalcony, provided with a large parasol, is the perfect place for outdoor meals, relaxing, or simply taking in the view.
The apartment opens onto a wide 30 m² (323 sq ft) living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen.
Large windows provide direct access to the balcony and plenty of natural light throughout the day.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and another with bunk beds (80 x 190 cm). Please note that bed linen, duvet covers and pillowcases (60 x 60 cm pillows) are not provided.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and grab rails. The toilet is also fitted with support bars, making the apartment more comfortable for guests with reduced mobility.

The apartment includes high-speed private Wi-Fi, a large 140 cm HD flat-screen TV, a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and outdoor furniture for the balcony, including a table, chairs and a sun lounger.

A private underground garage is available (5 m long x 2.8 m wide), and there is also plenty of free parking behind the building.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical services, the Thalassotherapy Centre, and the casino. A large covered market is around a 5-minute walk away and offers fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables, bakery products, cheeses and other local specialities.

The area offers a wide range of activities, including jet skiing, beach clubs, cycling, rollerblading, golf and mini-golf, tennis, sea kayaking, scuba diving, yoga, karting, and even sightseeing helicopter flights.

Rates :
Weekly rates are €750 net except the summer season and €900 net during July and August.
The minimum rental period is from Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am.
Shorter stays may be possible depending on availability.
A cleaning fee of €50 is payable on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
