Pleasant cottage located in an old winegrower's house, in the Gironde farmhouse style, not overlooked and in a quiet area, within the Domaine du Tilleul Argenté, with a 10,500 sqm park, planted with oaks, pines, fruit trees, with an outdoor swimming pool of 11.5 x 5 m.
The Estate is located in Porchères in Gironde, between Dordogne and Charente Maritime.

The cottage, adjoining the owners' house, has a separate entrance.
Offering a view of the park, this accommodation can accommodate six people and has two terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs, a stone barbecue and access to the swimming pool.

This holiday home includes a seating area with flat-screen TV, fireplace, free WIFI, a kitchen equipped with stove, dishwasher and microwave, three bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped with a washing machine.
The owners are on site to ensure departures and arrivals, as well as the maintenance of the estate.
