The house provides access to a magnificent landscaped garden, graced with enchanting lighting and fruit and olive trees. A beautiful swimming pool (13 x 6 m) can be heated depending on the season.

The country house is located approximately 40 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, approximately 20 minutes from Mougins and 25 minutes from Cannes.

Its a 320 sqm house, spreading over two floors.

On the ground floor, it features a master suite with a queen-size bed, a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and separate toilet), a large living room, a shower with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, American-style refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, and microwave). A pantry with a large freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer.

On the first floor: three double bedrooms (queen-size beds) and one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. A second large living room can be used as a games room and benefits from a terrace with panoramic views.

A separate studio is suitable for a couple with two children or a nanny: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (queen-size bed) + a smaller bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a toilet.

The location of this country house is ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation between the sea and the mountains.

You can choose from a variety of activities: the sea is 25 minutes away, magnificent hikes in the Grasse hinterland, visits to perfumeries (Fragonard, Galimard, and Molinard), the Biot glassworks, old Mougins and all its galleries, treetop adventure park, an equestrian center, and Lake St. Cassien for water sports.
