100 sqm country house in Penne d'Agenais, 6sleeps, with a completely private swimming pool (5 x 9 m) offering complete privacy, security (alarm), breathtaking views, and quiet. Enjoy it with family and friends, and you won't have to share it with anyone else.

Located on the edge of an Austrian pine grove in the countryside, where cicadas sing all summer long, the cottage uses renewable energy.

The two bedrooms each have two beds: one 120 cm bed and one 140 cm Biosense bed. One of the bedrooms also has a cabin bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The cottage is equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, visible from the open-plan kitchen and living/dining room. It also features a foosball table and a pétanque court (12 x 8 m) for unforgettable games.

You can enjoy the outdoor summer kitchen (nicknamed "Aperitif Square"), complete with a griddle, a Napoleon barbecue, a sink, and mint for mojitos, to forget the long, dreary winter months and create wonderful memories under the Lot-et-Garonne sun.

Our gîte has been welcoming guests from www.papvacances.fr since 2016.
No pets allowed.
No key box. The owners are there to welcome you upon arrival and departure.

Rentals are from Saturday 4:00 PM (arrival time) to Saturday 10:00 AM (departure time). Linen rental and cleaning services are available.
