Charming granite cottage, fully renovated in 2022, offering 107 m² (about 1,150 sq ft) of comfortable living space and rated 3 stars/3 “épis”. It can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 baby.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright 40 m² (430 sq ft) dining area that opens onto a private outdoor terrace.
There is also a utility room with a freezer, washing machine and dryer, as well as a cosy living room with a 50" TV.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with its own TV, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms:
– one with a double bed and a baby cot,
– another with a double bed and a single bed.
A bathroom with an adult-size and baby bathtub, plus a separate toilet, completes the floor.

Outside, the property includes private parking for 3 to 4 cars, a 20 m² (215 sq ft) outbuilding with water, electricity and a sink, as well as a 300 m² (3,230 sq ft) lawn area.

The cottage is ideally located in a popular tourist region, close to Vannes, Sarzeau, Guérande, the Brière Natural Park, Rochefort-en-Terre, La Gacilly, the Branféré zoo, the Breton islands, and plenty of restaurants for all budgets.

The minimum stay is 4 nights, and weekly rentals apply in July and August.

A 40% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days before arrival.
A €500 security deposit will be requested at the start of your stay, along with €60 for cleaning fees, which also include bed linen, towels, and table linen.

A key box is available at the entrance to make your arrival easier.
Monthly rentals are possible from early October to late March at a special rate.
