Le 1875 is one of our four self-catering cottages and can accommodate up to four adults.
All our cottages are officially rated 2-star furnished holiday rentals.
We are also proud to hold the “Accueil Vélo” and “Loire à Vélo” labels, making us a great stop for cyclists exploring the region.
We live on site and will be happy to welcome you personally and share our local tips and recommendations during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are included, and the beds are made on arrival.
A mandatory cleaning fee is added to the nightly rate.
Pets are welcome for a flat fee of €5 per stay.

The Loire Valley is famous for its many magnificent châteaux, including Chambord, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise, and many others.

Our cottages are ideally located, within one hour of all these major sites, as well as the famous Beauval Zoo.

The Loire Valley is also known for its unique and ancient troglodyte dwellings, carved directly into the rock.
What better way to complete your discovery of local heritage than by spending a night—or longer—inside the tuffeau stone, a rock formed nearly 90 million years ago, just minutes from Amboise and Tours?

Our cottages are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay, while offering a truly unique experience in a home carved into the stone.

Please note that troglodyte accommodations naturally have a higher level of humidity than standard buildings.
This comes from the living stone itself, which breathes and reacts to weather conditions.
Depending on each cottage, different solutions are in place to manage this as effectively as possible, so you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.
