This elegant studio features a bedroom opening directly onto the pool area, equipped with a queen-size bed with a mattress topper, duvet, protective sheets, and hypoallergenic pillows.
You’ll also find two reading lights, bedside tables with power outlets, mirrors, air conditioning (heating & cooling) with remote control, and a TV.

Complimentary coffee capsules, still and sparkling water bottles, and fresh fruit are provided. A mini fridge, glasses, and cutlery are also available for your convenience.

The room includes a wardrobe with drawers, a luggage rack, a safe (large enough for a small laptop), a first aid kit, and some board games.

Adjoining the room, the bathroom area features a Japanese toilet, an Italian-style walk-in shower with body and hair care products, two sinks each with mirrors, hand soap, tooth glasses, and a hair dryer.
You’ll also find a heated towel rack, bathrobes and slippers for each guest, ideal for the spa or pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, plancha grill, toaster, and all necessary cookware and tableware for meal preparation and dining.

Outside, enjoy a high outdoor table with cushions, located right in front of the pool and sea.
Sun loungers are also available for your relaxation.

Your studio is located next to a 20-meter heated pool (open year-round) and a jacuzzi. You will have control over the shutters for privacy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (including cigars, pipes, cigarettes, vapes, or drugs).

The full amount of your stay is due at the time of booking via a secure payment link.

Full refund available up to 60 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made 59 days before check-in.

No refund will be issued for no-shows, regardless of the reason.

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM (except for late arrivals due to flight delays).

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.
