The third bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed; a baby cot or an extra bed can be added if needed.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.
The open‑plan kitchen flows into the living and dining area, creating a bright and spacious living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge‑freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a separate utility/laundry room.
Outside, the property features a terraced garden with a swimming pool, children’s play area, and a pool house. The pool house is equipped with a plancha, a wood‑fired barbecue, and a pizza oven, as well as sun loungers and outdoor lounge furniture. A jacuzzi is also available, with access upon request.
The villa is south‑facing and ideal for outdoor living, with the pool house perfectly set up for al fresco meals. A charging station for electric vehicles is available, and you can park your car securely within the property.

This property may not be used for visits, receptions, or events. The peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood must be respected, with noise kept to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
