This beautiful holiday home is located on a 1,228 sqm flat plot which is fully fenced with a secure electric gate and you can park your car on the property.
You can enjoy a 50 sqm swimming pool with a maximum depth of about 2 m and an outdoor shower, as well as a large garden with Mediterranean shrubs, bushes and palm trees.
For lunch, a shaded pavilion with a table and 6 chairs and you can have a charcoal barbecue for evenings with friends.
Within walking distance (5-8 minutes) there is a very well stocked supermarket and some restaurants. The beach and town centre Moraira are about 3 km away.

You enter the house through the fully equipped kitchen, then into an open living room with sofas, as well as a dining area for 6 people. The
2 bedrooms have box spring beds each measuring 180 cm x 210 cm x 67 cm, the other bedroom has 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm x 200 cm.
Both bathrooms have a toilet, shower and single sink.

For the hot summer days, there are air conditioning units in 2 bedrooms and the living room, as well as ceiling fans. Mosquito nets are in all bedrooms.

For the winter holidays: The fireplace offers you a pleasant and cozy atmosphere for the cold days but you can also heat with the air conditioning.
