The house is located just outside Mer, 20 minutes from the Château de Chambord and its forest, 35 minutes from the Château de Cheverny, and 20 minutes from the city of Blois and its château (30 minutes). It's situated directly on the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route: bike rentals are available nearby, and access to cycle paths and roads leading to the Loire River and the surrounding area starts right from the house.
