This bright and comfortable architect‑designed villa opens onto a private swimming pool through large picture windows.
It is set in a peaceful, private estate bordering a 25‑hectare forest, with a warm Indonesian-inspired décor throughout.
Thanks to its excellent insulation and design, the indoor temperature stays naturally comfortable all year round, between 20 and 22°C (68–72°F).

The main villa, together with a 15 m² guest chalet (approx. 160 sq ft, open during high season), offers a total of five bedrooms.
Each bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed.
The house also includes a sofa bed and a baby cot, making it well suited to families and groups.
There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and dine comfortably during your stay.

Outside, the property truly stands out.
The garden and terraces open onto a large sandy area of 400 m² (about 4,300 sq ft), ideal for beach volleyball.
There is also space available for archery practice (equipment not provided) and the possibility to set up one or two tents on the grounds.
Several vehicles can be parked easily within the property.

The private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres (approx. 39 x 16 ft) with a flat bottom and a constant depth of 1.40 m (4.6 ft), making it comfortable and safe for all ages.
A 100 m² exotic wood terrace (approx. 1,075 sq ft) surrounds the pool and features outdoor lounge furniture.
You will also enjoy a large bamboo garden bar in Bali style, six metres long, a picnic area under a tree with a round table seating 14 to 16 people, and a barbecue.

High‑speed fibre Wi‑Fi is available throughout the property.
The TV screen can be used as a monitor only.
The villa is immersed in nature, with a private forest of one hectare (about 2.5 acres), yet remains ideally located: around 30 minutes from the Atlantic beaches of Cap Ferret or Lacanau, 20 minutes from Arcachon Bay, and 30 minutes from Bordeaux.

Numerous activities are available nearby, including golf, horse riding centres, karting, surfing and surf schools, sailing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, rowing, bowling, nightclubs, lounge bars, restaurants and château visits.

A security deposit of €900 is required online.

Two rental seasons apply: from November to April the villa accommodates up to 12 guests, and from May to the end of October up to 15 guests.

Cleaning is not included; the villa must be returned perfectly clean, otherwise a €300 cleaning fee applies. Bed linen and table linen are available at extra cost, payable directly to the concierge service.
