A magical place! Quiet and peaceful, in a very upscale area of Marseille. A true haven of peace ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with the sea at the end of the street. Very close to restaurants, quality shops (bakery, deli, grocery store...) and water sports activities. The city center is accessible by public transport.

An ideal location to balance relaxation and sightseeing in Provence. Discover the Calanques – Old Marseille (Mucem, Vieux Port), Velodrome Stadium reachable in 10 minutes via direct bus. Cassis and Aix-en-Provence are 25 minutes away by car.

The garden is flat and fully enclosed—a paradise. Children enjoy the swing area, the ping-pong table, the pool that can be secured, and the pétanque court. The plane trees shading the garden allow for lunch in the shade in summer and in the sun on the terrace during winter.

The house is spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Ideal for a luxury holiday or two families.
