You will immediately be charmed by this villa, which is located less than 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The large beaches of Calvi are less than 10 minutes away.
A private 4x9 m swimming pool, pétanque court, and ping-pong table will enhance your stay. (Equipment provided)
Villa M features:
3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with televisions and closets.
2 with 180 cm beds, the third with two 90 cm beds that can be joined together. (Possibility of a baby cot).
The master suite has a shower, sink, and private toilet. There's also a sleeping area with a shared bathroom for both bedrooms and a separate toilet.
A large living room, a large television, fiber optic internet, and a fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stovetop, espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A washing machine is available.
The large terrace around the pool offers space under the pergola for a large table and a plancha grill, which will delight fans of grilled meat and fish.
A pool house for cocktail parties or naps is equipped with garden furniture.
You can bring your (well-behaved) four-legged friend. The villa's perimeter is fully enclosed, and you can park several cars.
