It offers six bedrooms, including five double rooms and one quadruple room, as well as a landing area with a sofa bed, three bathrooms, and a large open-plan living and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor areas are particularly appealing, with a covered terrace that is perfect for summer dining, a rooftop terrace, and a garden.
The house enjoys an elevated position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with no overlooking neighbours and open views of the surrounding hills and the sea.

Just a 5-minute walk away is the family-friendly beach of Cala Canyelles , where you will find restaurants and seasonal water sports activities.
The peaceful setting and spacious layout make this an excellent choice for families or groups looking to enjoy the Costa Brava coast.

Flexible arrival and departure days are possible, so bookings are not limited to the traditional Saturday-to-Saturday schedule.

Bed linen and bath towels are available as an optional extra. Guests should bring their own beach towels. An end-of-stay cleaning fee applies, with an additional €50 charge for stays with a pet.

The property is located in Cala Canyelles, approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) from the lively seaside resort of Lloret de Mar and 9 km (5.6 miles) from Tossa de Mar, famous for its historic old town and medieval castle. Both towns can also be reached via the beautiful coastal footpath that follows the shoreline.

The area offers excellent opportunities for walking, hiking and mountain biking, with several trails starting directly from the house.
Many of Catalonia's most charming historic villages, including Pals and Peratallada, as well as numerous castles and cultural sites, are within easy reach.

The house is ideally situated for exploring the wider region, approximately one hour from Barcelona to the south and Figueres and Cadaqués to the north.

For bed linen and towels, guests can choose between two options.
If you prefer to bring your own bed linen and bath towels, the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee is €180
Alternatively, bed linen and bath towels can be provided for an additional charge of €10 per person. In this case, the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €180 still applies.
