**The cottage is a completely renovated farmhouse classified 4 stars since June 20, 2021. It consists of a 50sqm living room with an equipped kitchen and a large table, a cozy 25sqm adjoining living room, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and double sinks, 2 separate toilets, a laundry room and 5 bedrooms (14 beds).

The cottage also includes a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the Ardèche, private parking, a pétanque court, a swing, a slide, garden furniture, a few deckchairs, a plancha and above all a games room with a foosball and a tennis table.

A tourist tax of €1.50/adult/night is applicable.
