This charming cottage is nestled in nature, situated on a vast, enclosed, and protected one-hectare property where the owners reside, at the far end of the grounds.

On the ground floor: a spacious living area opening onto the outdoors and its inviting terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, laundry room, and separate WC complete the picture. All around you: complete privacy. Just peace and quiet. Absolute tranquility.

Upstairs: the sleeping area. Two separate and comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm). Between them: a landing furnished with a lounge and office area. Shower room, separate WC.

As for your days, will you choose to surrender to the magic of the place or explore the surrounding area? Just a few kilometers away: the famous Basilica of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux. Further afield, barely thirty minutes away, are the magnificent beaches and towns of the Côte Fleurie: Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur…
