Looking for a peaceful and fully comfortable space, I offer you my small 28 m² air-conditioned T3 apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, renovated in 2026.

Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it consists of a 15 m² living room, equipped kitchen and lounge with a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed (160 cm) opening onto a 6 m² balcony (south-east facing) with a magnificent sea view. (NOT JUST A GLIMPSE) One bedroom with bunk beds and a second one with a 140 cm bed. One bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Wifi included. (fiber optic)

The residence is very pleasant, shaded by many pine trees, quiet and family-friendly. It has 2 swimming pools and a paddling pool (open from May to September depending on weather conditions), 3 tennis courts, 3 pétanque courts. LA GAILLARDE beach (fine sand) is located in front of the residence, you can access it without having to cross the road. Essential shops (mini-market/bakery, beach shop and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

A private parking space No. 305 (with barrier) is located 20 metres from your door.

PLEASE NOTE: PETS AND BICYCLES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE ACCOMMODATION, the balcony and the common areas, SWIM SHORTS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE SWIMMING POOLS.

Linen and bed sheets are optional, they can be provided upon request. (€12 double bed, €6 single bed, €6 linen)
Cleaning is included but the apartment must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness (clean and put away household appliances and dishes), otherwise a deduction from the deposit will be made. Deposit returned within 7 days following your stay.

Many activities to do from the apartment without taking the car.
Nearest train station: Fréjus 9 km
Nearest airport: Nice 68 km
Bus stop at the entrance of the Residence (connects St Aygulf, Les Issambres, Fréjus…). Free summer shuttle.

Information concerning late arrivals:
Arrival between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.: free.
Between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.: €20 surcharge.
Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €40 surcharge.
After 10 p.m.: €60 surcharge, only upon request and subject to concierge availability.
