This single-storey villa is set in a peaceful, exceptional environment just 300 metres from the sandy beach of La Gaillarde. Surrounded by a garden, it enjoys stunning views over the sea, the mimosa forest and the Massif des Maures. The property is very quiet and offers a high level of comfort.
The villa features a private infinity pool with jacuzzi and counter-current swimming system. Guests also have free access to the estate’s facilities, including three tennis courts and two pétanque courts.
Inside, the house offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets, along with a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen. The large covered terrace is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, double glazing and mosquito screens. Three terraces are arranged around the pool, and there is also a poolside shower and a barbecue.
The interior is tastefully furnished in a Provençal style, with high-quality finishes and De Dietrich appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware for up to 12 people. Private parking is available for three vehicles behind the villa.
Small local shops—including a grocery store, bakery, rotisserie and restaurant—are located nearby along the main road, just at the entrance of the Domaine de la Gaillarde.


The "Les Issambres" port area is about 5 km away, offering a wide range of water activities such as windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing and paddleboarding.
Regular shuttle boats, departing every 15 minutes, connect to Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, Cannes, Nice and nearby islands such as Porquerolles and Île du Levant.
A large Auchan supermarket, leisure centres and activities for young people are also within easy reach. The Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station is approximately 8 km away.

Additional charges apply:
-a €200 fee for cleaning and air-conditioning disinfection at departure,
and a tourist tax of €2.16 per adult per night.
Electricity usage is included up to 80 kWh per week; any excess is charged at €1.50 per kWh.
A €4,000 security deposit (by uncashed cheque) is required and will be returned after inspection at the end of the stay.
Bed linen and towels can also be rented on request.
