Villa Cantina, a spacious and pleasant family vacation home, surrounded by greenery, is available for seasonal rentals and mobility lease periods (October to April, €2,000/month excluding charges). Located in the village of Lège, ideally situated 5 minutes from the Bassin and the ocean beach, in a development renowned for its tranquility.

It features a saltwater swimming pool, heated from April to October, with a gradual depth from 1 m to 1.70 m and a length of 7 m.
A large terrace is equipped with a table, outdoor furniture, and a plancha grill.
Parking is available for three cars inside the property.

This furnished house is organized as follows. The ground floor comprises:
- a large entrance hall leading to all the rooms, and a staircase leads to the mezzanine floor;
- a large living area comprising a lounge area and a kitchen area;
- a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, and a full range of dishes and bakeware). A dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests. Direct access to the terrace through a bay window;
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe;
- a first bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, double sink, and storage cabinet;
- a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink with storage cabinet, and a washing machine;
- two separate toilets;
- a garage with a dryer.

The first floor is organized around a mezzanine:
- a relaxation area with a billiard table;
- a bedroom with a double bed. Separate from the relaxation area, there is a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a small balcony, a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed, and a baby crib.

Linens are not provided but can be rented. Cleaning fee: €200
